Description : Walsall Council wishes to procure a service for the disposal of Asbestos collected via the Council's Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs). The quantity of material recovered at each HWRC varies; therefore quantities cannot be fixed or guaranteed - there shall be no minimum or maximum limitations in provision. Skips/containers and transportation will be provided by Walsall Council, or, Walsall Council's contracted HWRC operator (SUEZ).
