Description : The Council wishes to procure a suitably skilled and appropriately qualified contractor to deliver Walsall Council's Water Hygiene Services, with the expertise to deliver a comprehensive Water Management Service which will include; water testing, pre-planned servicing and maintenance, reactive response and minor works services. Services will be delivered to Walsall Council owned and managed properties. The contractor must be a member of The Legionella Control Association by the start of the contract and must be registered to provide the following services: o Risk Assessment o Chemical water treatment services o Chemicals o Dosing & control systems o Cleaning & Disinfection o Plant & Equipment - Supply & Refurbishments o Installation o Cooling Equipment o Filters It is also preferred that contractors can offer Facilities Management under The Legionella Control Association; however, contractors not able to offer this service wi... - Documents :
