Description : L&Q is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil its window cleaning services across its estates. The scope of the services will be split into 2 x Lots (Lot 1 - South / Lot 2 - North) L&Q seeks to maintain the high standard and quality of external window cleaning across its estate, and is aiming for an economic, high quality window cleaning service with a stable workforce and effective supervision. Cost will therefore be only one element in the overall assessment of tenders. An output specification for scheduled cleaning of all windows outside of all L&Q residential buildings is attached to the ITT and this will include: o External windows and externally facing glass on doors, where specified. o Porches / canopies. o External and internal windowsills and frames. o Residential balcony glass, external surface. o Panelling around main entrances. o Building manifestations and signage. o Internal and external atriums.
