- Expression of Interest are invited for Website redesign for the High Level Panel SCOPE OF WORK AND OUTPUTS/DELIVERABLES The Ocean Panel is moving into Phase II of the initiative and requires a website redesign to better reflect the ambitions of the Panel. The current website designed for the Ocean Panel does not fit the operational needs of the Secretariat. The key requirement for the project is to create a well-designed, intuitive and easy to maintain website. Additional site requirements are as follows in Appedix A. The content of the site will remain the same and no new conent needs to be developed for this project. The scope of the project is as follows: • Design of the new web application. This should include: o A minimum of 2 co-creation workshops with key members of the team to solicit input on functionalities, features, accessibility and data needs, and output a prioritized list of functional requirements o Low fidelity designs early in the process which, combined with rapid feedback cycles will ensure agreement in approach o A minimum of two wireframe iterations o A revised site map o Ongoing feedback opportunities during the development cycle • Special consideration of web design with a future-forward aesthetic that fuels the feel of leadership and positively reflects the members of the panel. • Production of a technical specification during the design phase which elaborates on the technology which will be used to meet the functional requirements • This should include: o Any deviation from the proposal in the response to tender o Specification of any intended coding customisation outside the standard CMS o Details of the intention of the site build (eg, site map, pages to built, etc) o Any third party software to be used in the development of the site (Particularly software which will incur an ongoing cost or fee for usage) • Project management of Vendor resources and commitments which should include milestone tracking, risk management and backlog management. • Quality assurance testing of the new web application. User acceptance testing will be carried out by WRI • Bug fixing during the lifecycle of the project (within the model agreed between the Vendor and WRI) • Setting up Google Analytics events relevant to the Communications Strategy devised by WRI • Any potential training of site admins necessary to operate the new website and CMS • Clear outline of ongoing costs for development and/or changes for both during and after the launch. • Clear provisions for accessible design across the site that considers users that are colourblind, hearing impaired, etc Milestone Projected Date RFP Issued 25th Feb 2022 Due date for all questions from vendors (11:59pm GMT) 8th March 2022 Proposals due (11:59pm GMT) 11th March 2022 WRI Vendor Decision made 17th March 2022 Test Site deadline 29th April 2022 Final Site deadline 9th June 2022
