Accent Housing Ltd (Accent) are seeking a single experienced contractor to provide Water Hygiene (Legionella) and Associated Services across the whole of Accent-s property portfolio. The services and works required are essential to support and underpin Accent-s statutory responsibility. Each property contained within this programme will require the successful Contractor to undertake Water Hygiene and Associated Services as directed within the scope. To maintain a credible audit trail, all communication in respect of this ITT must be submitted electronically via Proactis and we will respond via the same method.
