Description : FMG were appointed as managing agents of the Highways England National Vehicle Recovery (HEVR) contract effective from 1st April 2020.The HEVR contract manages the safe removal of accident damaged, broken down and abandoned vehicles from England's motorways and all-purpose-trunk-roads, 24/7/365. The associated activities will include the removal of vehicles, passengers and loads, storage and disposal of such vehicles and property alongside the collection of the statutory fees. The contract covers both responsive statutory vehicle removal and the pro-active, ad hoc, "pre-positioning/standby" of vehicle recovery resource, as well as offering the potential for providing vehicle recovery services during scheme road works.FMG have in place a network of Vehicle Recovery Operators to supply the services, however to demonstrate continuous impr... - Documents :
