Description : Underpinning and adhoc structural repairsSwindon Borough Council (SBC) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of underpinning and adhoc structural repairs to a resident's property owned by SBCProject DescriptionThe successful supplier will be on boarded under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 plus Z clauses terms and conditions for the provision of the requirement, this is a full end to end requirement and all bidders must be able to satisfy that they meets the scope of works requirements. Contract PeriodThe contract will be for a period of 8 weeks commencing approximately 17 July 2023 To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.
