    Abstract: This contract will cover chiller, air source heat pump and dry air coolers maintenance, reactive and remedial works at the following STFC sites:a. The Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL), in Oxfordshire. b. The STFC Chilbolton Observatory in Hampshire. c. The Cosener-s House, in Abingdon. Currently there are no assets in Chilbolton or Cosener-s House, but this may change over the contract term.The agreement shall be in place from 1st March 2022 for an initial period of 3 years until 28th February 2025, with an option to extend for an additional year until 28th February 2026 (3 + 1 years).The estimated value of the opportunity is up to £440,000 excl. VAT across a potential 4 year term, broken down approximately as follows:Planned Preventative Maintenance - up to £40,000 per yearReactive and Remedial Works - up £60,000 per yearInclusion of additional assets - up to £10,000 per year
