Description : The purpose of this procurement process is to appoint an organisation who can provide stand design and build services (including AV) prior to and during the West Midlands' attendance at UKREiiF 2024. The West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) will be coordinating the West Midlands presence at UKREiiF 2024. UKREiiF is the UK's real estate investment and infrastructure forum. It is a four-day real estate event that was established in 2022, defying expectations, attracting thousands of domestic and international developers, investors, councils and built environment thought leaders. Its aim is to connect people, places and businesses to accelerate and unlock sustainable, inclusive and transformational investment.
