- Project Description : Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced web developer, who has specific experience in delivering the following services;
I. Development of a new corporate website to replace its existing site https://www.trivallis.co.uk/en/
II. Hosting services
III. Ongoing maintenance and technical support
The website will require the following technical requirements, as part of it-s overall functionality, but shall not be limited to;
I. Wordpress CMS
II. Third-party services or APIs
III. Hosting requirements
IV. Accessibility
V. Code Validation
VI. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
VII. Compatibility with Welsh Language Standards
VIII. Web Browser / Device compatibility
The purpose and goals of the website are to be able to;
I. To reduce demand on our helpdesk call volumes for routine enquiries by making it easy for tenants to access services through our site.
II. To improve customer satisfaction and trust by providing information and resources they need through the site.
III. To promote and improve the reputation of Trivallis, its tenants, homes and neighbourhoods.
IV. Link to Trivallis- current Networx HR System to ensure a seamless experience for job candidates.
