- The Renfrewshire Council (the Council) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to provide a Treasury Management Consultancy Service. The Service Provider will be expected to maintain full compliance with CIPFA-s published best practice; improve the Council-s treasury management strategy; carry out an annual treasury risk review and treasury procedures health check, provide monthly economic and interest rate forecasts and market bulletins and provide general training for Elected Members and Council Officers.
