- Request for Information for Translation Management System. Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children-s rights and equality for girls. Putting this new strategy into practice will require significant changes across the organisation as we work towards becoming a global thought leader on girls- rights. The intended outcome of the capability exists to ensure Plan International responds efficiently and effectively to the wider needs of the organisation, providing the right skills and the right time and manages the resources available to us. Plan international is underway with a significant technology change programme, implementing a Saas global ERP, the programme is known as Y.O.D.A (Your organisation-s Data Analytics). It is paramount that the Translation Management System compliments this change. Requirements (to be met in full): · Glossary integration with ability to import/export into Excel · Translation Memory creation, export/import and management · Translation editor/integration of a CAT-tool · Support for extensive file formats · Extensive quality assurance tools · Spellchecker · Ease of use and onboarding of suppliers and internal translators/reviewers · Different stages of translation project (translation, review, approval stage) · Integration of a machine translation plugin, ideally DeepL · Ability to offer detailed word count analysis · Single Sign On/IT security · Ability to deal with a high number and heavy files · Integration with Salesforce (CRM, Amp Impact, TaroWorks) · Flexible number of users · Unlimited number of projects and words Desirable features · Compatibility with CaptionHub · In-context editor/preview of document · Alignment feature · Integration of style guides · Terminology extraction · Integration with SharePoint · Compatibility with D365 or its native file formats INSTRUCTIONS This Part sets out instructions regarding submission of responses to this RFI.
