In addition to day-to-day support services, the appointed supplier will be expected to provide innovation and support as Poplar HARCA transitions away from a traditional on-premise data centre service delivery model with legacy MPLS network architecture, etc. The appointed supplier should also have the ability to supply equipment and other related services as, when and if required.
