Description : Halton Borough Council's Business Support Team are seeking to recruit suitably experienced and qualified specialist contractors to deliver intensive specialist support services to promote growth amongst SMEs in the borough. The support provided will be delivered under the Business Growth Programme Phase 3 that will extend the current Liverpool City Region Integrated Business Growth Programme Phase 2 Support project through securing further European Regional Development Funding under Priority Axis 3: Enhancing the Competitiveness of SMEs.The aim of the Business Growth Programme is to provide a range of business support services at no cost to the client, designed to build both the capacity and confidence within those SMEs that are reluctant to engage with existing business support providers.
