- Tenders are invited for The Executive Office (TEO) Communities in Transition (CIT) Project Phase 2 Pre-Market Engagement Sessions CfT CA Unique ID: SSD-4438 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: **PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE ONLY.** The Executive Office (TEO) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to appoint Contractors to deliver Phase 2 of the Communities in Transition (CIT) Project. TEO seeks to use this pre-market engagement exercise to provide an opportunity for potential delivery organisations to hear more about the purpose of the CIT Project, and to discuss the draft detailed project plans for interventions in each of the 8 areas of focus.
