Description : Skills & Employment is a function within TfL's Diversity, Inclusion and Talent directorate and are responsible for the design and delivery of talent pipelines such as apprenticeships, graduate schemes, employability programmes and initiatives in line with the Mayor's Skills for Londoner's Strategy and aligned to government skills policies. The employability programmes provide work readiness skills and opens doors to employment to some of the most disadvantaged groups in society; helping them to become work ready through partnerships with charities, delivery partners and business stakeholders that enables them to develop employability skills and experiences.
