- Tenders are invited for Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of Security, Stewarding and Crowd Control for public outdoor Events and Festivals within the Council area including but not limited to the Emergency Services Day, a Teddy Bears- Picnic, the "FEARmanagh" Race and a Picnic in the Park. The appointed contractor will be responsible for the entire management of this service to include the Events and Festivals listed as well as other venue-based Events and Festivals and as they arise, including ad hoc traffic management which Council may programme within specific events timetable as agreed with event organiser. In addition, the Tender must include all associated costs such as training, supervisors, welfare and travel.
