Description : This procurement process is being carried out by Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (The Council) on behalf of "Creative Estuary" (The Client). The aim of the procurement process is to appoint a suitably experienced Consultant, to provide the Client access to consultancy advice and reporting on a range of subjects, as they relate to the Creative and Cultural Industries in the Thames Estuary Area. The range of subjects for which the Client requires advice and reporting on includes but is not limited to, Business Planning, Legal Advice, Legislation, Property, and Investment.
