Abstract: The purpose of this document is to invite tenders from organisations or individuals interested in providing the catering business on behalf of the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority-s Planning and Place Directorate. The aim is to identify and appoint a skilled contractor who has clearly displayed the skills, experience and capacity to deliver the catering provision.The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority is currently looking for a partner to deliver an innovative, sympathetic and consistent catering facility at Craig y Nos Country Park.Craig y Nos Country Park is situated in the west of the Brecon Beacons National Park on the A4067 and is adjacent to Craig y Nos Castle and less than a mile away from the popular Dan Yr Ogof Show Caves complex. The Country Park comprises of meadows, lakes, woodland and a rivers, covering 40 acres and currently attracting c100,000 visitors per year, and is also an educational centre for the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority specialising in outdoor education.
