Description : Scope of the ProcurementThe Council operates four Waste Transfer Stations (WTS) at Bardon, Kibworth, Loughborough and Whetstone, and fourteen Recycling and Household Waste Sites (RHWS) with drainage infrastructure ranging from large attenuation tanks, foul water cesspits, septic tanks silt and oil interceptors of varying makes and capacities, to various catchpits sumps and gullies.Service Commencement will be phased over an initial 6-to-12-month period to establish a regular pattern of programmed scheduled activities.
