Description : Tameside Council have operated an Approved List of Day Service Providers since 2013. This has been delivered on a cost per placements basis and has offered a range of activities to those Adults who have been identified as having an eligible need. The range of eligible needs the service supports has included those with a learning disability, metal health, dementia and older people. The Service is provided for individuals who are who are a resident in Tameside, are aged 18 or over and have been assessed by the Commissioner as requiring the Service in accordance with the Care Act 2014.
