- Tenders are invited for T ENV21-090 Gasyard Heritage and Exhibition Centre - Contractors PQQ CfT CA Unique ID: DCS-256 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: The Contract involves the expansion and redevelopment of the current Gasyard Centre, within the Bogside/Brandywell area of the city, to provide a new community owned and managed Heritage and Exhibition Centre. The proposed works will involve an extension to the existing premises, the reconfiguration of the existing carpark and development of the external landscaping. It will include the provision of an exhibition space, performance space, café and studio accommodation, in addition to internal and external performance spaces. The project has been conceived as part of the wider Triax tourism strategy and is designed to establish a heritage/cultural tourism initiative in Bogside/Brandywell area as an integral part of the City-s overall Tourism offering. The aim of the project is to expand opportunities for local employment in tourism area, which will help build community confidence and ensure good relations.
