Swale Rainbow Homes is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for the position of a Project Director/Development Manager for Swale Rainbow Homes (wholly owned company of Swale Borough Council).The contract will involve managing the full development of 3 sites within Council ownership in Sittingbourne to bring forward additional affordable homes for the borough.The contract shall commence on 14th June 2021 and terminate on 31 December 2025. The council may extend the opportunity for a further two years. The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract.Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.) document must be submitted / uploaded on the e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the I.T.T. is Monday 24 May at 09:00hrs.
