The study should overall audit the regions current skill provision in the retrofit and heat pump market to quantify, describe and map to ascertain the markets- ability to deliver what is currently planned and to substantiate what will be required to either fill gaps in the current market, and also to deliver at a higher rate over the time periods of 2, 5 and 10 years. The retrofit market should take into account current and future planned Govt supported schemes, e.g GHG LAD and also the Able to Pay market where possible.
