Abstract: The existing sauna at Risca leisure centre is no longer fit for purpose, as a result Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking tender bids from a suitably qualified contractor for the Supply and Installation of a Sauna at Risca Leisure Centre.This arrangement is being tendered under the Public Contracts Regulation (PCR) 2015 as an open procurement procedure and has been advertised in accordance the PCR 2015 requirements.The Supplier is required to remove and dispose of the existing sauna and access door. However, the existing control panel will remain.The Supplier shall supply, deliver, and install an electrically powered dry hot air sauna.The supplier shall complete all necessary water and electrical connections and integrate the system into the existing control panel.The sauna shall be supplied with a minimum 12-month warranty inclusive of parts and labour.The successful supplier shall provide designated Council staff with appropriate training in the operation, inspection, and maintenance of the sauna.The contract period shall be one-off, with practical completion within 8 weeks of the contract being awarded.Full detai... - Documents :
