Description : Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Supply and Installation of Replacement internal Non-LED Lighting with LED Luminaires including Self-Test Emergency Lighting, together with associated wiring connections, and making good works at the following 6 nr sites:• Chaucer Clinic, Polegate (East Sussex)• Coxheath Clinic, Maidstone• Molehill Copse Clinic, Maidstone• New Street Dental Practice, Sandwich• Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, Tonbridge• Vicarage Lane Clinic, AshfordBidders must:• Be Constructionline registered with minimum 'Silver' verified status.• Be NICEIC and ECA registered• Be BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations certified• Evidence working in a healthcare 'live environment' in the past 5 yearsWorks to be carried out in a phased approach. The estimated contract start date is the 17 October 2022 and this includes two week's mobilisation.Please note that there will be a site visits on the following dates 24 August, 25 August and 26 August (Sites to be confirmed within the ITT Documentation).
