- Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a framework for the Supply and Installation of Bathroom Adaption and Associated Works. The framework will operate a rotational system, with a maximum of 12 contractors being selected to join the framework. The project is funded by the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG), a capital grant paid from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to local authorities in England to adapt older and disabled people-s homes to help them to live independently and safely.
