- NIE Networks seeks to appoint a suitably experienced organisation onto a framework for the supply and delivery of electronic keypad cards. The framework covers the manufacture, encryption and delivery of plastic/eco sustainable payment cards in accordance with a variety of business rules established for keypad repayment metering system presently in use in Northern Ireland. The resulting framework will be for both product and delivery and service provision.
