Description : Southend-on-Sea City Council (SCC) seeks expressions of interest from providers who have the capability and capacity to deliver an evidence-base Supervised Tooth Brushing Programme. SCC aims the programme to be delivered in areas across the City where children are at high risk of poor oral health. The intention is to reach the children who attend primary school in Reception aged 4-5 years.
