Project Description :- This document is a Request for Information (`RFI`) in relation to Implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding as part of a wider HR transformation at the BBC enabled by technology investment. The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order to understand how you as an SI Partner for this implementation would help the BBC achieve a successful outcome and meet the project objectives. Responding to this briefing document will allow the BBC to: • Build an understanding of how you would implement these products • Understand how you approach the following: o Planning & Governance o Project management o Analysis & Design o Build o Test o Service Design & Knowledge Transfer to all support teams (internal and external) involved in the process o Change management, training and comms Support o Post Go Live Support
