Abstract: The contract requires a provider to manage the Teesworks Estate; including the provision of:- Communal Estate Management Services and Service Charge Administration- Commercial Services Management and Charges Administration- Management and maintenance of the owners retained non-communal estate (voids)The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive Facilities management contract to Teesworks throughout the premises, delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
