Description : Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust (GSST) employs some 24,000 staff, providing healthcare services from Central London hospital sites, Lambeth and Southwark community sites and recently has merged with the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust (RBH). We have a diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve and enhancing equality of opportunity, which is core to all our services.We have an established internal organisational development (OD) team which provides a variety of OD support, ranging from individual and team interventions to large culture change programmes.
