Abstract: The Healthcare Partners Limited (HPL), on behalf of Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, would like to invite suppliers to partake in a Pre Tender Technical Capability Assessment for the St Luke-s Cancer Centre Development.The purpose this pre-tender questionnaire is to ensure all suppliers invited through to take part in the tender process are able to meet the Trusts requirements for the project. The information provided by potential suppliers in response to the SQ will be used to select the suppliers that who be invited to tender (ITT Stage).
