This Framework will be the primary source for specialist surfacing works - footway slurry surfacing, retexturing of existing carriageways (including any lining) and high friction surfacing (including any lining) - but will be an alternative source for road markings alone (including studding), which may include stand-alone lining schemes or a ‘top up- to an existing in-house provision for ad hoc works.In addition to NY Highways Limited, the following Authorities may access this Framework for all Lots:o North Yorkshire County Councilo City of York Councilo Leeds City Councilo The Borough of Calderdale Councilo Wakefield Councilo Kirklees Council
