- The City of Edinburgh Council are looking to procure a suitably qualified Care at Home service along with Specialist Supported Accommodation service to provide the management of/ and supply of high quality carers to support the care for a 18 year old young person (G) who has a diagnosis of learning disability, autism and mood disorder and displays challenging behaviour. G is blind due to his self-injurious behaviours.
