Description : The College is seeking to appoint a provider of specialist training services to deliver the Management Development Programme to employees of businesses and organisations operating in the Leeds City Region. The Leeds City Region comprises the nine districts of Bradford, Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Harrogate, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield and York. The aim of the training is to equip new and less experienced managers with a grounding in management and leadership theory and enhance their practical skills in managing people to deliver their team objectives more effectively, as well as contributing more fully to the wider organisation. The specific target group for this training is line managers with responsibility for managing small teams of staff in a range of roles, particularly those that may manage young individuals and or Apprentices currently or in the future. The College is seeking applications from experienced specialists who can demonstrate a track record of successful provision of leadership and management training to employers and employees.
