The Somerset local authorities (Somerset County Council, Mendip District Council, Sedgemoor District Council, Somerset West and Taunton Council, South Somerset District Council and Exmoor National Park Authority - the partner authorities) are looking to launch an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for consultancy services to deliver a Somerset Renewable Energy and Heat Networks Study. As part of this, the partner authorities are conducting soft market testing with a number of potential consultancies in order to understand what services are offered by different consultancies and to inform the scope, objectives, deliverables and budget for the work.
