Description : Description of the contract: Solent NHS Trust ("the Authority") are optimising the care they deliver to children and young people with ADHD by partnering with local pharmacies to undertake their physical health monitoring (height, weight, blood pressure and pulse).The Authorities are working with Hampshire, Southampton and IOW Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to outsource physical health monitoring in an effort to provide care for children and young people in more convenient community locations and reduce the pressure on the ADHD pathway within the Specialist Child and Adolescent Service. The Authority is seeking a high-quality service that will be responsive to the needs of the client. Contracts are anticipated to go live in September 2021 and will run for a period of 1 year initially with the option to extend for a further year.The Supplier will be required to carry out Paediatric Pharmacy Checks to patients that referred to them via the PharmOutcomes web-based system. This system will also act as the method of reporting and payment validation. The Supplier will be NICE compliant and follow the relevant national and local policy initiatives.
