Brief description: We are looking for an agency worker who has at least 2 years' experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs to work with a project to reassess and support plan with people with a strengths/asset's-based approach. Experience of partnership working with providers, families, health professionals, advocates would be welcomed. An Enhanced Barring Adults DBS is required for this role.
