Description : The basis of the contract is for the contractor to provide an all-inclusive, fully comprehensive cover for undertaking servicing, maintenance, repairs and the like to appliances, heating systems and other defined items at properties owned or managed by Grand Union Housing Group. The contractor shall undertake all works and supply all components, parts, equipment, materials, etc. and provide all services necessary to ensure that the appliances, heating systems and other specified items are checked, inspected, serviced, maintained, repaired, replaced, tested, etc. as necessary in order that they remain fully operational, functional, efficient in use, in safe condition, and well maintained at all times throughout the duration of the contract.
