- The subject of this order is to act as a Substitute Investor for the implementation of the investment project titled: "Reconstruction and revalorization of the buildings at 34 Portland Place and 73 New Cavendish Street in London along with their reconstruction."
For the tasks of the Substitute Investor (hereinafter referred to as "IZ")implemented personally or with the participation of subcontractors include:
a) development of a multi-discipline concept design and complete multi-discipline design documentation - construction design and executive designs, including an investor's cost estimate, information regarding health and safetyia, interior design design, demolition and dismantling works designs, bill of quantities, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, along with obtaining all necessary permits and arrangements for the implementation of construction works,
b) participation as an expert in the selection procedureGeneral Contractor for construction works, (hereinafter referred to as "GW"), developing a template contract for construction works and agreeing its provisions with the Ordering Party, supporting the Ordering Party in answering questions from potential Contractors as part of requests for clarification of the content of the Specification of Contract Termstion (SWZ), including the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and any questions regarding the developed template of the Agreement,
c) control and administration of the construction works stage (including cost control),
d) ensuring investor supervision during the implementation of the entire project, both at the design stage... - Documents :
