Description : Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award.Please note the contracting authority intends to direct award the contract to the Royal College of General Practitioners. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal.Heath Education England [HEE] believe that the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) is the only supplier with the requisite expertise, experience, and credibility to provide support in the form of a self-assessment tool for GPs on the Return to Practice, International Induction, and International GP Recruitment programmes. The RCGP is the professional membership body for GPs in the UK. The RCGP sets the curriculum, standards of training and administration of examinations in general practice in England. The self-assessment tool is aligned to the current RCGP GP training curriculum and allows HEE to monitor the doctors progress through their associated programme.HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to credibly deliver or be able to develop this tool for use by GPs from the start of the contract in April 2022 to provide the following s... - Documents :
