Description : London and Quadrant Housing is looking to award a contract for a contractor to carry out all of London & Quadrants security requirements. This is to include the Provision of a Manned Guarding & Security Service to include the provision of Security Patrols and Concierge duties to be delivered across various sites owned or managed by London Quadrant Housing Trust ("L&Q"). In providing the Service, the Contractor shall be expected to act as a reasonable, efficient and safe organisation and with all due care as may be reasonably expected of an entity undertaking this Service. Service Objectives The primary objective of the Manned Guarding Security Service is to encourage a high level of compliance by visitors to L&Q policies, prevent unauthorised access and to act as a deterrent against antisocial behaviour across L&Q owned and/or managed sites.
