Project Description : To provide 3 in number, double mobile catering units to include galley and dining facilities with seating for 18 people. Units to be delivered over 3 financial years to HMNB Devonport. Units must be robust enough to withstand transportation across the Naval Base, include inflatable tyres. Must have the capacity to join to other units, length ways and by the side. Units must have re-enforced floors in doorways with side and rear detachable steps. Installation of comms (1 x mobile phone per unit). All facilities to be delivered in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 178/2002- General Principle of Food Law, Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 Hygiene of Foodstuff, Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 Laying down specific rules for food and animal origin, The Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013, The Food Safety Act 1990, Specifically Equipment: Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 Hygiene of Foodstuffs - Documents :
