Abstract: Orbit are seeking to appoint a suitable provider undertake an extensive Scan to BIM surveying project to capture the existing condition of their high-risk properties (18 meters and above) and also specific complex buildings as specified in the tender documents. The vision is to develop a digital portfolio of their built assets in line with the information requirements that will allow for a more innovative way to manage operations, maintenance and investments using their bespoke CAFM system.
