Orbit are seeking to appoint a suitable provider undertake an extensive Scan to BIM surveying project to capture the existing condition of their high-risk properties (18 meters and above) and also specific complex buildings as specified in the tender documents. The contract is expected to commence on 3rd April 2023 and will be for a period of three years until 2nd April 2026, with the option to extend for up to a further one year until 2nd April 2027.Potential contractors are advised to acquaint themselves fully with the extent and nature of the services / works, and contractual obligations.
