Abstract: The Welsh Government wishes to commission a review of its human resource policies, procedures and processes from an anti-racist perspective. The review will result in an evidence-based report, with accompanying recommendations, outlining how the Welsh Government-s HR policies, processes and practices can support the ambition of becoming an anti-racist organisation.
