Description : Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building and Roofing Contractors to carry out the replacement of existing of flat roof, insulation and flat roof waterproof finish at Lickey Hills Primary School Rubery Worcestershire B45 8EU Scope of Works - o Temporary access and protection to the works o Complete strip off the existing roof finish and insulation. Several roof areas identified in the schedule of works. o Supply and lay new insulation and roof finish. Site Visits: Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works.
