Bromford has approximately 43,000 homes, maintaining them to a high standard, while preventing the occurrence of responsive repairs. Bromford has individual relationships with more than 100,000 customers and aims to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and advocacy, by providing homes in great condition, which enable its customers to thrive. We believe in providing warm, safe and secure homes, and a key way we do this is through our annual planned maintenance programmes. Our hard landscaping and garage demolition programme is currently carried out by both external contractors and our in-house service delivery teams across our four localities. Existing contracts have been developed to take into account a variety of archetypes and geographical locations across the West Midlands, North Gloucestershire and Bristol. The intent of the tender exercise is to align the work programmes under one or possibly two contracts. ScopeThe successful Contractor(s) will be required to deliver a planned programme of works across Bromfords four localities.
