Abstract: The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the renovation and refurbishment of 6 no. council properties in Holyhead at the following addresses;1. 58 Ffordd Beibio, Holyhead2. 11 Newry Fields, Holyhead3. 6 Beach Close, Holyhead4. 30 Tan Yr Efail, Holyhead5. 6 Bryn Glas Road, Holyhead6. 11 Llanfawr Road, HolyheadWe will assess this requirement by asking for previous experience of similar contracts being delivered. Please provide a portfolio of previous work.
